Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

✦ Deposit & Cancellation Policy
The $50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Should a client be unable to attend their scheduled appointment, they are permitted to reschedule once using their existing deposit. After one reschedule, the deposit is forfeited and a new $50 deposit will be required to book again. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals — please notify us in advance. Clients must be 7 years and older.
✦ Guest Policy
For children's appointments, one parent or guardian may remain with the child during the appointment.
For adult appointments, clients must attend by themselves, and no accompanying person will be allowed to stay.
✦ Hair Preparation — MANDATORY
Hair must be clean, product-free, completely detangled, and blow-dried from root to tips for ALL styles. Braiding hair is provided for all non-crochet services.
